The EVEA with the Athens Startup Incubator (GODDESS.) announce the organization of the BIOHEALTH–BIOTECH Innovation Competition, as part of their participation in BEYOND EXPO 2026, which will take place in Athens on June 17-19, 2026.
The competition is aimed at startups, research teams, students and professionals active in the fields of biotechnology, health and life sciences, to highlight and support innovative ideas and solutions that contribute to the transformation of the health sector and the improvement of the quality of life.
Participants will have the opportunity to present their projects before an evaluation committee, consisting of representatives from the academic community, the market and the investment ecosystem. The best proposals will be distinguished and will receive support for their further development and networking.

Evaluation criteria:
- Business Idea, with a specific weight of 40%
- Business group, with a specific weight of 30%
- Business Idea Exploitation Plan, with a specific weight of 30%.
The selected teams will present their business idea (pitching) during an event within the framework of BEYOND on Wednesday 17/06/2026 at 13:30 – 15:30.
The prizes that will be awarded are:
First Prize €5.000
Second Prize €3.000
Third Prize €2.000
